• Ticket Exchange policy:
  -Tickets may be exchanged at Boardwalk Hall's Box Office for games during the same month and/or the next month. For example, tickets printed (and not used) for October 18th's game may be exchanged for the same type of seating for October 22nd, October 25th or the six games in November.
  -Ticket exchanges are based on availability.
  -Ticket exchanges prior to game nights must be handled through the Boardwalk Hall's Box Office ONLY !!! Ticket exchanges on game nights are available through the VIP Box Office located inside Boardwalk Hall lobby. Also, the Bullies will staff a table near the VIP Box Office to ensure all ticket holders' ticket needs and questions are handled in a timely fashion.
  -Ticket exchanges can only be done for 2004-2005 regular season games. April 1st or April 8th tickets will not be accepted for ticket exchanges during the 2004-2005 ECHL Playoffs.
• Invitations to season ticket holder exclusive functions.
• The official newsletter, The Bullie-tin, sent periodically throughout the season.
• Exclusive discounts from team sponsors, a list of participating sponsor discounts will be mailed at a later date.
